Architect David Hovey is managing all aspects of the project, from financing, design and construction to sales and property management.
Located at 7120-7180 E. Kierland Blvd., the 12-story tower features units ranging from 720 to 4,550 square feet, offering 20 floor plans for customizable one- to five-bedroom and penthouse condominiums. Resort-like amenities include a “sky deck” with heated pool, spa, sauna and outdoor lounge, a fitness center, indoor basketball and squash courts, golf simulator and two-level underground parking. Additionally, the community also incorporates more than five landscaped acres that offer water features, sun deck and barbecue areas.
