AZ Big Media – Optima completes final phase of Sonoran Village construction

Award-winning real estate development firm Optima completed construction of Optima Sonoran Village while launching its new white-glove, in-home concierge program, Optimized Service™, at all its Arizona rental properties.

The fifth tower completes Optima Sonoran Village, downtown Scottsdale’s premier high-rise, luxury apartment community with 768 residences. Since opening in May, Optima leased more than 77 percent of the final tower. Located on the southeast corner of 68th Street and Camelback Road, the now completed Optima Sonoran Village features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartment homes ranging in size from 776 to 2,089 square feet with rents starting from the $1,700s to over $5,000 per month.

Residents at Optima’s Arizona rental communities now enjoy access to Optimized Service™, the innovative in-home concierge program that is a first in Arizona and takes concierge services to the next level. Now, Optima’s on-site teams provide many conveniences within each resident’s home. Such complimentary services include dry cleaning pickup and delivery to the closet, in-home plant watering, thermostat adjustments and package delivery inside the home within 24 hours of being delivered to the community. With these concierge services provided seven days a week, residents have full access to a trained and professional staff who assist with life’s daily tasks.

“At Optima, we provide our residents with an unparalleled living experience and Optimized Service™ is the perfect addition to the abundant amenities offered across all of our Arizona luxury rental communities,” said David Hovey Jr., president and principal architect of Optima. “As we expand our portfolio with the completion of Optima Sonoran Village Phase III, we are happy to continue providing best-in-class service and exceptional design for our current and future residents.”

Optimized Service™ complements the already popular virtual concierge that offers Optima residents the ability to call, email or text for assistance with booking reservations, appointments, coordinating travel and other similar tasks.

“Principal Real Estate Investors continues to appreciate our broad partnership with Optima, a company that delivered an incredible product ahead of schedule and with such a rapid lease-up,” said Kevin Anderegg, Managing Director of Principal Real Estate Investors.  “This development and the new service offering sets a new bar for luxury apartment communities in the Valley.”

Known for its award-winning architecture and world-class amenities, Optima Sonoran Village offers high-rise urban living, extravagant amenities and spectacular views. The fifth and final tower boasts a rooftop Skydeck, exclusive to residents of that tower, complete with an outdoor kitchen, firepits, spa, sundeck and breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain. It also features elevated finishes including modern plank flooring throughout, roller shades, built-in closet shelving, European-style flat-front cabinetry, polished granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. All homes at Optima Sonoran Village offer 9-foot ceilings, full-size washers and dryers, large private terraces and Optima’s distinctive vertical landscaping system. Many first-floor homes also offer expansive yards in addition to the outdoor living areas.

Optima Sonoran Village is located within walking distance to upscale shopping and dining destinations in Old Town and Scottsdale Fashion Square. The community features several onsite retail businesses, including a resident favorite, Kaleidoscope Juice.

Optima has designed, developed and built some of the most architecturally significant communities in Phoenix, Scottsdale and the Chicago metropolitan areas for more than 40 years and is well-known for its award-winning and visually striking architecture, sustainable green design, lush vertical gardens and amenity rich offerings.
