While the summer months are typically slow for real estate sales in Phoenix-metro, this year, Optima Kierland Center in Scottsdale is bucking the trend by leading the market for sales velocity by nearly 14 times the average when compared to other new condominium developments across the Valley.
Since sales began at 7180 Optima Kierland in January 2019, there have been 90 homes sold at the rate of 13 per month. Optima has also just surpassed the 300th sale milestone at the $500 million luxury residential enclave.
