Real estate development firm Optima completed construction of Optima Sonoran Village while launching its new white-glove, in-home concierge program, Optimized Service, at its Arizona rental properties.

The fifth tower completes Optima Sonoran Village, downtown Scottsdale’s premier high-rise, luxury apartment community with 768 residences.

Since opening in May, Optima leased more than 77% of the final tower. Located on the southeast corner of 68th Street and Camelback Road, the completed Optima Sonoran Village features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartment homes.
