There’s a new luxury address in North Scottsdale – 7140 Optima Kierland. Award-winning real estate development firm, Optima, announced the new luxury apartment tower, which is expected to see its first move-ins this month. There are 213 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, priced from $2,160, and ranging from approximately 737 to 2,225 square feet.
7140 Optima Kierland is the second apartment tower within the $500 millions Optima Kierland Center, just steps from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The first tower, 7160 Optima Kierland, achieved the fastest leasing rate ever in the Valley in 2017.
